As per the standards of an enterprise, a manager is a person whose role is to make sure that the functioning of the company is proper, which primarily includes supervising the work of the employees, production process, customer services and other. According to the size of a company and the number of tasks to be administered, there can be one or more managers. However, mere supervising does not ensure efficiency of the workforce.
