Job Title : Quality Assurance Analyst(2-3 years)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in manual testing across mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and defect management. Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of web, mobile (iOS and Android), and hybrid/native applications.
Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Collaborate with developers, product managers and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in all phases of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Perform regression testing, sanity testing, and smoke testing as needed.
Provide clear, concise, and well-documented test results.
Assist in maintaining test documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvement and best testing practices within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing (mobile and web).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience testing mobile applications (both iOS and Android) — hybrid and native.
Proficiency with bug tracking and test case management tools such as JIRA, TestLink, or equivalents.
Basic knowledge or exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright (added advantage).
Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools (added advantage).
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Job Title : Content Writer (2-4 Years)
Job Location : Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type : WFO
Shift Timing : 11 PM - 8 PM IST

📝 What We’re Looking For:

-> 2+ years of experience in content writing (preferably IT/tech domain)

-> Familiar with Google Helpful Content, E-A-T, and E-E-A-T updates

-> Experience in SEO writing, Keyword optimization, technical writing, and sales documents

-> Ability to create content for both marketing and internal documentation

-> Excellent writing, editing & research skills

Job Title: Sales Outreach Expert – US Market
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Work From Office)
Shift: 5 PM – 2 AM IST

Role Summary:-
We are looking for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling, specifically to US-based leads. The primary responsibility is to initiate meaningful conversations with potential leads, understand their needs, and introduce our IT services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-
-> Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
-> Engage decision-makers and introduce company offerings
-> Maintain call records and follow-up schedules
-> Support lead generation and qualification as needed
-> Coordinate with internal teams for next steps

Requirements:-
-> 1–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling (preferably US market)
-> Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
-> Prior experience in the IT services domain is a plus
-> Comfortable working in a night shift (US time zone)
