About the Job

Business Analyst at NewAgeSYS serves as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, and are responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting business needs and requirements. BAs collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project objectives. They document these requirements comprehensively, employing various modeling techniques to represent business processes and system specifications. BAs play a pivotal role in verifying that proposed solutions align with business goals and managing changes throughout the project lifecycle. Their responsibilities extend to UAT, risk analysis, collaboration with development and testing teams, and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities at NewAgeSys:
Gathering project information and preparing workflow on required activities.Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via zoom meetings, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.Daily coordination with the team leads to understanding and identifying their issues.
Conduct UAT of deliverables, Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Attend Scrum meetings with the team on a daily basis.
Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Prepare the supportive documentation (SRS), Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Change Request Management, Delivery of Milestones
Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.


Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in CS / IT preferred.
Willingness to learn, share knowledge and communicate effectively the US based and international clients
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Must have knowledge in mobile & web applications..
Should have handled developers and US clients.
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed, Natural ability to get things done.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
Comfortable with tight timelines.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead with a minimum of 7-12 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that not only drive organic traffic but also significantly contribute to organic lead conversion. Success in this role will be measured primarily by your ability to improve search rankings and increase the volume of high-quality organic leads.

SEO Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts in line with the latest SEO best practices.
  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the website and other platforms (e.g., improving site speed, fixing crawl errors, implementing schema markup).
  • Off-Page SEO: Develop and execute effective off-page SEO strategies, including link building and partnerships with relevant websites.
  • Content Strategy: Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor website performance, track important SEO metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
