About the Job
We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with over 2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building cross-platform mobile applications, integrating APIs, and working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications that are scalable, performant, and user-friendly.
Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as required to add functionality and enhance app performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and improve code quality through unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensuring best practices in development.
Build modern, smooth animations and transitions to enhance the app’s interaction flow and visual appeal.
​​Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development and share innovative ideas to improve product quality and development efficiency.

Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience in React Native development.
Strong understanding of React Native frameworks such as Redux, Context API, and React Navigation.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is highly desirable.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle including release management.
Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
Experience and Expertise to ensure Security, Performance, and Scalability

Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile development methodologies and using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or Realm DB.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks.

Educational Qualification:

As a Full Stack Developer at NewAgeSys, you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

Full Stack Developer Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science preferred .
Must Have 2+ years of exposure in Software development.
Must have at least 2 years experience in Node.Js

Familiarity with server architectures, web services (REST, SOAP) and distributed systems, micro services etc
Experience working with GitHub as source code control.
