Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
l Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of Clients/stakeholders. Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
l Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via zoom meetings, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
l Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
l Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
l Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develops strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
l Conduct UAT of deliverables, Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
l Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
l Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
l Prepare the supportive documentation (SRS), Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
l Develops and conducts peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
l Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
l Assist Project manager under Project management activities .
Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
l 4 - 6 yrs of Relevant Experience .
l Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
l Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
l Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
l Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
l Highly self-motivated and directed, Natural ability to get things done.
l Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
l Strong customer service orientation
l Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
l Knowledge of Scrum | Agile methodology
l Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
l Must be comfortable with tight timelines
l Hands on experience in Open Project | Jira
