We are adding a Recruitment Research Specialist to join our team in Kochi to support our US Recruitment. It is a newly created position to help the company's goal to double in size every 3 years!

It is a regular full-time position with very attractive salary and perks.

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Scientific/Clinical/Pharmaceutical/R&D/Bio-Engineering Job Descriptions
As soon as a job requirement opens up, analyse the JD and prepare the search strings or sets of keywords for the position
Suggest alternate keywords which are not there in the JD 
Communicate with the Account Managers in USA as well as do own research to update the search strings under each requirement
Help our recruiters in understanding more about the job requirement 
Explain to the team what kind of profile the client is looking to hire
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), conduct seminars and provide other training to help our recruiters to gain more subject knowledge
Be on every client call and understand more about the client and their requirements

Qualifications and Key Traits:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between clients and the company. Social Media Manager responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
