Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in LAMP Stack/ MEAN Stack.
  • 3-5 Years in handling project management.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL.
  • PMP/Prince2 Certification highly preferred.
  • Successful track record of engagement and client relationship management

5+ years' experience in the software (mobile app & web) quality field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience and worked in a QMS or QAS

6-10 years in Web and Mobile Application Sales out of which at least 2 years should be for the US market.

Location: Info park, Kochi

Shift: Dayshift

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Business heads to determine staffing needs.
  • Should have experience in end to end Non-IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment.
  • Should be aware of the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Making hiring recommendations to company hiring managers.
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
  • Maintaining timely reports on recruitment activities.

Title : US HR Specialist/Senior Process Associate (US Backend Process)

Experience : 2-6 Years

Shift Timing: 5:30PM- 2:30AM IST

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling new-hire paper works, background verification and on-boarding processes of US candidates
  • Time-sheet management including collection, update and follow up
  • Handling queries and concerns (via email and phone) promptly and efficiently
  • Benefits administration - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability and 401(k) plans
  • Assisting the bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Updating expenses and working hours in Quick Books
  • Invoicing the clients & accounts
  • Assisting the Account Manager with the client servicing and delivery
  • Other HR/Admin functions as directed by the HR Manager
  • Identifies and implements process improvements into the process.

  • English language skills. Able to understand, assess and articulate a response both written and verbal.
  • Be able to comprehend the words of the customer on an email, and articulate the response in a free flowing writing form.

Job Title: SrHR Generalist
Shift Time: 11am - 8pm IST
Location: Infopark, Kochi(Should be willing to Work from Office)


We are looking to employ a Sr HR generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. A Sr HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You will have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, HR generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships and management


Responsibilities:

Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Closely work with the recruitment Team / process by conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Masters degree in human resources or related (essential).
4+ years of experience in HR Functions (essential).
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Superb computer literacy with capability in email and MS Office.
