We are adding many Passionate Recruiters to our team in InfoPark, Cochin, to help the company's goal to double in size every 2 years!.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work involves interaction with professionals in the USA.
  • Analyze the Job requirement of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer, Boeing, etc.
  • Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from in-house databases, Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) and through Social networking & relevant community sites.
  • Conduct an initial round of interviews with candidates and forward them to the Account Manager in the US Office.
  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
  • Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client's Workforce plans.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience : 1-5 Years
  • Industry: IT/Non IT
  • Shift : Day/Noon/Evening

  • Bachelor's degree or any Graduation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to working on newer skills and requirements
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
  • Availability to work before/after typical office hours as work may necessitate
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure

Candidate Expectation

  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
  • Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage.
  • Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 pm – 2:00 am), Monday - Friday is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility will be to lead, coach and guide a team of Junior Recruiters and be responsible for the production of the team.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for full recruitment life cycle
  • Partner with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective manner
  • Leverage a variety of sources including referrals, job boards, social media and like to attract qualified candidates
  • Effectively support multiple requirements and manage against tight deadlines

Shift : 1PM-10PM Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support company's vision and growth plans
  • Well rounded HR generalist experience with demonstrated competence in talent management, performance management, change management, and driving cultural change
  • Successful track record of implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals with tangible measures of success
  • Experience effectively working with leaders and employees at all levels of an organization to develop and implement programs that drive performance and attract and retain top talent.
