Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support company's vision and growth plans
  • Make decisions on a strategic and tactical basis
  • Lead talent acquisition (recruiting) and talent management
  • Motivate, evaluate and maximize the performance of all employees

  • Review the HR functions and processes of the company and modify if needed

Key Traits and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience covering most HR functions
  • 2+ years of HR Managerial experience in companies with at least 200 employees

Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Traits and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years
  • We are hiring candidates for the day shift, evening shift and night shift
